Terms of Service

By creating a SmartLayer account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal — the subscription stays active until the end of the current period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first payments.

You may not use SmartLayer to generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes IP rights, or violates the terms of the third-party platforms we publish to (e.g. Shopify, WordPress).

You retain ownership of the content you publish through SmartLayer. We retain ownership of the platform itself. By using the service you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartLayer's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction.
